Maybe it is related to Windows 10 somehow? The path where I found the entry was not in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, but HKEY_USERS/*My user profile, I guess*/SOFTWARE/Classes/VirtualStore/MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Pivotal Games/Conflict Desert Storm/Device Settings. I did not click "Settings" (except for testing, after it didn't work).
Unfortunately it didn't work for me, it just rolls back to 800圆00 every time I start the game. This game was made by Pivotal Games and published in 2005 by Eidos.
